CNJV is an 8(a) Joint Venture between Corporate Allocation Services, Inc. and Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (CAS-Navarro Joint Venture).  The Company provides Engineering, Scientific, and Technical Support Services to the U.S. Department of Energy's, Golden Field Office, Office of Commercialization and Project Management (OCPM).  OCPM leverages public and private research, development and deployment investments, and provides leadership for reducing barriers to energy efficiency and renewable energy.

CNJV Team Members provide specialized support to the National Environmental Policy Act - the national charter for the protection of the environment - and Energy Efficiency Programs such as:
